The lucky ones will be adopted out and matched up with homes through various non-profit organizations. I have 2 retired racing hounds at home and they are wonderful!!!

jun7per, what you don’t know from the videos is that Torri also runs an adoption group. That farm where she is being filmed also has an adoption kennel. If they are injured, we take them to the vet. When they “lose,” they usually have a few more races to run before they retire. When they retire, she adopts them out.

Lady what happens when a dog is injured?
Lady what happens when a dog loses a race?
Lady what happens when you dump Greyhounds after their brief racing career is over?
I will tell you the honest facts…They are dumped and murdered by people like you.
Thousands of Greyhounds each year are slaughtered after racing. Very cruel industry.
