actually the video it self says that the bus had a driver and passengers. The army where the only ones doing the training, everyone else thought is was the real thing.

it was a training, the police LT would not have bothered even talking to him if it was a real situation. Training=no passengers except for voulenteer roleplayers

I do not understand how local police can cooperate with such obvious anti-constitutional directives from the FBI and military….I would think the type of people that want to uphold the law would do just that. I guess the dumbing down of our nation is working.

imagine if you was on that bus. Just riding to some town to see a buddy – pulled over and then fucking draged off and your luggage and your person searched. Nice – and totally illegal. If i was a passanger on that bus i would have filed a suit for sure. I would not have let them search me actually. They would have had to take me to jail i guess. Which once i had a court date they would take it all back and say “no charges” etc. Question all the searches – most are no more than training.

There are multiple things they could use those dumpsters for, which they might not have gotten those dumpsters just to block the training operation from being viewed. One thing they can be used for is to move in personel, which the vehicles appear ordinary and wouldn’t alarm anyone. Another is to stick detained civilians in them and haul them off. And another is that they could have been using them as a simulation to surround the bus to prevent collateral damage as if it had a bomb.
