I think its OK in NH just so long as its not concealed. Because of the 2nd amendment the federal government does not control most guns- state laws are used and these vary.

Can someone please help me out. As citizen, am I allowed to walk down the city street carrying an unloaded rifle? I mean, is there any law that prevents me or any other person from carrying an unloaded firearm within city limits.

Remember there is no portion of the constitution that allows it to be suspended for any reason. To do so in of itself is a violation of the constitution. Whatever is claimed they can not over rule the constitution. If any attempt is made it should be treated as treason against this country and against you.

the Constitution is not just a piece of paper, it is in the hearts and minds of the people who stand by it. it is a code of conduct, it is your rights. can people violate the Constitution? yes. can they kill you, yes. but does that give you the right to do the same? No. marshal law does not remove your constitutional rights! if people violate your rights, defend yourself, but understand that it is a two way street. And they should do the same if you are violating their rights as well…
