Yes, I agree. Racing is all about greed and the greys are on the bottom of the food chain! Our first grey was a spook who was afraid of men mostly! He hid behind me and his tail went down. Our two greys now are very happy and outgoing and love all people, so we know they were treated right. Thanks for your comment–I subscribed to your videos.
i adopted a maltreated greyhound who went through hell. those races should be forbidden by law, and everyone who bets on dog races is a sadistic criminal.
Thank you for viewing and commenting! Yes, I agree about pit bulls–in addition to our 2 greys, we also have Lucy a rescued pit mix! She is the senior doggie at 13 years and a sweetie!
Thank you so much for making this!
something has to change for these lovely, beautiful dogs. Racing greyhounds spend all their days in kennels only to be let out to go to a race.
thanks again for showing people that this has to stop. 5*

Sis, you are one youtuber I would actualy like to meet! You are a selfless and caring person and top notch in my book! I admire your intelligence, and skills! I am very proud to be your friend!
I have a hard time watching how animals suffer. Greyhounds are such beautiful dogs, their big round eyes and soft manner are so honorable. Thanks Marion for being a voice for them, you are truly and angel in disguise:)))*****
I agree with you, Nelson. I feel sorry for people who don’t understand the joys of bonding with pets and our co-inhabitants on this planet. Thank you for viewing and commenting!
I feel ashamed on how we treat our animals. My dog only asks for a look or two. He is my faithful friend, regardless of what he gets in return. He will protect me, love me and comfort me. I could talk to him when I was being abused as a kid when I could talk to none other. Thank you God for our dogs and all wildlife.
I am so happy for you! What is her name? I’ll get right over to see your video! I am so sorry I missed it! I had to take some time away from YT for quite a while to deal with a family matter!
Yes! my friend! I finally met my long legged angel! She is everything I hoped for and much more… I have a video of her first week with me on my channel, go meet her. And my husband is warming up to her, who could not? She is very very special!
Thank you for your very kind words! This video started out as twice the size, but I couldn’t get it uploaded. I had to severely cut and delete stuff to get it to upload! I am thinking about doing more greyhound videos so thank you for your support! I noticed on another channel your comment-did you finally get your greyhound? If so, is your husband OK with that?
Thank you for viewing and commenting! Spread the word-not too many people are aware of the sad plight of thousands of wonderful greyhounds! We have to greyhounds and a pit mix! They are all rescued and spoiled!
Dear marion, I just found your video now. It is EXCELLENT!!!!! Thank you so much for making it! It is great that you give the history of this most noble of breeds, and show what greed have reduced them to… definitively YES!!! Do the serie that you have in mind, so many people still have their heads in the sand. You have all my support and admiration, my friend!
Oh Marion, yes, do a series if it’s in you and I know it is. It says much about cultures, but when you think of the nobility of these dogs and their history, even moreso; if that’s possible.
I, too, have another acquaintance who has taken in greyhounds. (Yes, I have footage!)
Thankfully, many do.
