we drove 10 hours to get a grey from a rehoming center for ex racers, we would do it again if we didnt already have another lab, we really appreciate the work re homing centers do. she is so sweet, gentle and loving a great choice for anyone thinking about a rescue dog.

Thank you for your advice.

You can dispute.. This is educational and meeting all four requirements of fair use. if you dispute youtube has to put the soundtrack back immediately until its decided. WMG is immoral, they’re selling for $2 a share, so they’re bullying people.

To all viewers of this video. The original soundtrack was Josh Groban – You Lift Me Up. Unfortunately, Youtube told me I was in breach of copyright laws for using it so I’m afraid you have to put up with a free-license soundtrack which has nowhere near the same impact. It’s hardly like I was trying to make money out of the Josh Groban track (I don’t sell my video of Jason) , and the track was purchased legally (so Groban et al get their money). Taking things a bit far don’t you think…?

It is so bad how humanity is lost in today world. There should be laws to force the greyhound breeders to takecare of them or to find someone to care care of after the end of dogs’ career..

.I love all animals and I don’t understand how anyone can look into a helpless animals eyes and hurt or kill them. I’ve never owned a greyhound but they seem like a sweet dog I have had a Chow, Pit Bull that was really sweet, and a golden retriever. My Pit passed away two months ago and I think I’m ready to love again but this time I will get a shelter dog and give that animal a loving home and family.

Bless the lucky ones that are saved.

I just rescued a grey and can honestly say that he has been a real pleasure to have and adapted straight away.
I wish I had known about greyhounds earlier so I could have helped save more. I am a convert, a huge fan and will be having greys as long as I live.
OK, I m 39 so this is lots of them, lucky me!
If anyone out there is in doubt of what breed to get, your search will end the moment you meet your first greyhound.
Best xx

I loved this video. We live in spain and have rescued 2 galgos, the newest is just like the white one in this video. Harvey looked into our souls and we couldn’t leave him at the rescue centre. We have posted one video on YouTube and hope to put another on showing Amber and Harveys progress with us. Please show Jasons progress on here so we can see this beautiful dog with the home he deserves.

great post totally agree dogs do ask for nothing and do give everything ill join you in beating those vermins in the same manner they beat their animals.

I understand that it’s different in the England/Ireland than it is here. The dogs are treated the same as racehorses would be treated here in the US. On the other hand, here in America, there is so much abuse of these great creatures that it pains me to see it. Cramped quarters, wounded animals that are discarded like garbage. I’m glad there’s an active rescue program and I was able to get a great Grey!

I am avolunteer for Greyhound Rescue Wales at the moment I am down to two greys who fill my life and my living room!! Well done.

I love Greyhounds…hoping to adopt my third this week…I also would like to beat the savages that mistreat animals.
May 29th, 2009 at 11:48 am
Very sad. I could happily beat to death the human vermin who mistreat dogs.
Dogs ask for nothing but give you everything.
