I love this song!!! I actually heard it first on the Madden 08 game soundtrack. I had to go out and find it because it was so much different than the usual crappy rap and rock they have on Madden games. Of course, Ozzy’s “I Don’t Wanna Stop” was also on the same game.
Its actually called a Firebrand. Similar to a Jr but had humbuckers and wasnt a slab body like the jrs were. There are Sgs that look like that too. They were made in the early 80s.
He plays a Gibson Les Paul Firebrand. Theyre from the 80s and arent really expensive now maybe around 1000. Theyre thinner than a standard les paul kind of like an SG. Look it up on the net.
No, I never said it was! It’s badASS dude, but you just can’t call it 100% original. Different maybe, cause like I said, not many bands are doing this kinda thing, but they’re not the first.
This song is heavy as hell and it rocks, but come on… different? The band is different from what a lot of people are doing these days, and the drummer looks so badass, but his fills are straight out of Bonham’s book, and that bridge riff sounds just like Page down to the tone. This song is almost Zeppelin clone, but goddamn I love it.
