i fostered greyhounds and i have to say they are probably the best dogs for pets you can have. great with kids and cat and love to run whats sad is that after about 2 years they are considered too old to race and shot in masses or starved. they are also brought onto crummy tracks made with spikes that can hurt them and some have not even touched pavement before the ones i fostered blead when we took them on walks, so if you do get one prepare to pamper at first or buy booties they’re a great pet
